I was in for a treat when I met Makenna, her mom, her sister and her friend last weekend for Makenna’s Senior photos. We met at Half Moon Ranch in Colbert, WA to photograph Makenna with the horses she works with. Half Moon Ranch is a special place for Makenna and she wanted to start her Senior photo session there. With it’s picturesque setting, Half Moon was the perfect location for Senior photos. After shooting at Half Moon Ranch we made a quick stop for Makenna’s wardrobe change and to grab a special prop. When we got to our second location, Makenna unfurled the Texas state flag and that’s when I learned that this little horse trainer was also a Texan! I love that Makenna had the Texas flag, it ties in with the images of the horse and I couldn’t be happier with this session! Thank you Makenna and family for a memorable morning!
